Shipping & Delivery
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and selected shipping method (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).
4. How long does shipping take?
Our shipping delivery time is 4-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
5. How long is your handling time?
We process and prepare orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the USA. Stay tuned as we plan to expand in the future!
Order Management
7. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at info@theproperfox.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can be made if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
11. How do I request a refund?
Email us at info@theproperfox.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We’ll process it as quickly as possible upon receiving the returned item.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping. For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
