Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery: 4 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) for U.S. customers. International delivery will vary, please review estimate at checkout.
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: All orders must be placed by 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time, New York) for same-day processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated within the United States based on weight and delivery address.
  • International Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated for International shipments based on weight and delivery address.

Shipping Partners

We trust USPS for reliable and timely delivery within the United States. International customers can choose either DHL or FedEx, depending on cost and estimated delivery.

Wrong Address: 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly send you an email containing the tracking number. To track your package, you can choose one of the following methods:

In the email you receive, simply click on the “View Order Status” link, which will redirect you to the tracking page.

Alternatively, you can copy the tracking number from the email and visit the respective shipping carrier’s website (such as USPS) based on who is handling your package. Once on the carrier’s website, enter your tracking number to receive real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

Change of Address:

If your item hasn’t yet been shipped, you may change your delivery address by emailing customer support info@theproperfox.com using the email account provided when ordering. Please note that we are not obligated to ensure changes to the delivery address after the item has been shipped.
